More than 80,000 people gathered in Nashville for nearly two hours of music spanning Jackson’s career, from “Here in the Real World” to later songs such as “The Older I Get.”
The evening also featured an extraordinary group of country stars who came to celebrate Jackson and his legacy, including George Strait, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson and many others.
Perhaps the most touching part is that retirement from touring does not mean Alan Jackson is walking away from music completely. His official team emphasized that although the road chapter has ended, his songwriting and recording career can continue.
